Account and service eligibility
You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in method and be legally capable of entering a contract. Availability depends on serviceable pincodes, stock, delivery capacity and product rules. We may restrict access to protect customers, staff or the platform.
Catalogue, quotes and orders
Product images are illustrative. Pack size, specification, certification, price, tax, delivery charge and final payable amount shown at checkout govern the order. An order is accepted only after confirmation. Stock or obvious pricing errors may require cancellation and refund.
Payment and invoices
Orders are cash on delivery only. The assigned delivery partner records the exact cash collected against the frozen order total and provides a receipt reference. GST invoice details supplied by you must be accurate. Do not hand over cash without the delivery and receipt being recorded.
Delivery and site safety
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Provide safe access, correct unloading details and an authorised recipient. Heavy or regulated materials may require vehicle access, handling assistance or identity verification. See the shipping policy.
Cancellations, returns and responsibility
Eligibility depends on fulfilment stage, product condition, defect, damage and applicable law. Review the returns and cancellation policy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts with jurisdiction over the configured registered office location will have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer remedies. Material changes will be dated and presented through an appropriate channel.
